To Make Reservations

1.     Bookings can be made through any of the following channels:

2.     Reservations must include the following details:

  • Number of adults (12 years and older) and children (ages 2 to 11)

  • Tour time and type of tour.

  • Accommodation

  • Pick-up location (if applicable)

  • Any relevant medical conditions especially in meals

3.     If more participants arrive than originally booked and space is available, the additional guests will be charged the standard rack rate and considered direct clients. If fewer participants arrive than booked, the full amount of the original reservation will still be charged.

4.     All reservations must be paid in full at least one day prior to the activity.

5.     A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to helenorsestancia@puravidablustyle.com

6.     If transportation is required, it must be requested during the reservation process with an additional pay will apply.

7.     Clients with allergies must inform us during the reservation so we can make appropriate arrangements.
